New for 2024, this characterful lodge is located within a family-friendly holiday park with an on-site restaurant, bar, and swimming pool – the perfect setting for your party of four and duo of dogs. Enjoy coast and countryside walks along the Red Squirrel Trail, stopping at the dog-friendly beach of Yaverland (2 miles) for a game of fetch, before returning for a cosy evening in this welcoming abode.

Enjoy all the creature comforts at this welcoming lodge in the traditional seaside town of Sandown. Step straight into the kitchen/diner, where a retro-style colour scheme complements modern must-haves, including a Nespresso coffee machine for those groggy mornings. The dogs will be able to keep watch for crusts and nibbles as you cook and dine. When you’re ready to unwind, relocate to the living room, where you can watch the Smart TV from a choice of comfortable seating. Once the dogs are settled, retire for your own deep sleep in a choice of two blissful bedrooms; a king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room, and a cosy twin which is perfect for little ones and benefits from the bathroom that completes the interior. For a breath of fresh air, simply step out onto the elevated decking area which wraps around the property, offering the perfect spot for a morning cuppa or evening tipple.

Holidays here can be as busy or laid-back as you’d like. The on-site restaurant and bar offer a break from kitchen duties, and in the summer, you can make a splash in the shared outdoor pool. For off-road walkies, sniff out the Red Squirrel Trail as it passes close to your holiday home en route to Sandown Beach, an old-fashioned bucket-and-spade destination with lots for all the family to enjoy.

  • 2 dogs allowed. Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week
  • There is an Accidental Damage Deposit of £200 when booking at this property, however this may be waived for £25. We’ll provide more details about this when booking your holiday.

The lodge was cosy, had all basis covered inside and out. Wendy was so kind and lovely, she was extremely helpful and informative when I first arrived. The location was fantastic for getting around the Island been you driving but essentially for me it was a great place to get to certain key points for transfers to other places, Wendy left a bus timRead moreetable and it made it easier to work out how I needed to get every where. Did not manage to get to swim in the pool due to timings but looked fun Hide
