Nestled in a picturesque waterside setting, this beautiful lodge offers a welcoming retreat for a small family and their four-legged friends. There’s also a well-equipped kitchen and a dining table for four. Step through to the fabulous sunroom, filled with natural light and offering panoramic views of the serene lake – a perfect spot to unwind. Two snug bedrooms, one double and one twin, welcome sleepy guests with splashes of colour and a comforting atmosphere. The double bedroom features an attractive, fully tiled en-suite shower room, complementing the family bathroom. A utility room completes the internal layout of this delightful holiday haven. Outside, the wrap-around decked area overlooks the lake, providing the perfect setting to enjoy stunning sunsets with a sun-downer in hand. As a tempting addition, the hot tub, located to the side of the lodge, promises a sumptuous soak at the end of the day.

This popular holiday complex spans 75 acres of parkland, featuring several lakes that provide endless activities for walkers, cyclists and sailors. Just 6 miles away lies the charming cathedral city of Beverley, while the nature reserve at High Eske (10 miles) welcomes well-behaved hounds both on and off the lead. For a day at the seaside, head to the sandy beaches of Hornsea (8 miles) and Barmston (12 miles), where, away from the village centres, there is plenty of space for four-legged friends to frolic year-round.

A very peaceful location, property as described, which doesnt often happen we were not disappointed

It was advertised with a cafe on site. We went told this had closed and wouldnt have booked if wed known. Some problems with cleanliness.(cobwebs,dirty pans,)
