Entering this fresh and inviting barn conversion the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner makes a great space to unwind together, with comfortable seating, a warming wood burner, sociable dining space and beautifully equipped Shaker-style kitchen, all set within a spacious room with high vaulted ceilings, timber beams and exposed brickwork. Down the hallway you will find the first bedroom: a pretty double with an en-suite shower room. This bedroom leads through to the second, a cosy double with a handsome feature fireplace and en-suite bathroom. Stepping outside there are benches and picnic tables perfect for relaxing in the sunshine. You and your pet are welcome to explore the five acres of grounds shared with other properties onsite, with 36 acres of farmland beyond. Please note there are some unfenced ponds so please keep children supervised.

There are miles of country lanes to explore with your pet, and plenty of dog-friendly local attractions including Oasis Camel Park, Parham Airfield Museum and Framlingham Castle, all within 14 miles. Heading to the Suffolk coast, there are some lovely pet-welcoming beaches including Walberswick, Dunwich, Dunwich Heath and Covehithe, all within 15 miles. The popular seaside town of Southwold (12.5 miles) has plenty of great pet-friendly pubs and cafes.

We had a wonderful family half term holiday at Packway Barn, the views are beautiful and it such a peaceful location. The farm is centrally located and easy to get to all the great places that Suffolk has to offer. The grounds and surrounding fields were lovely to explore, the owners are friendly and helpful and the barn was comfortable, clean and Read morewell stocked with everything we needed. Hide
