The Camel Trail runs 18 miles along the track of an old railway to Padstow through beautiful countryside and woodland, with glimpses of the River Camel. The level path is ideal for walking or cycling and you can hire a bike in Wenfordbridge. Fuel up with a snack and a drink at the renowned Snail’s Pace cafe. Pretty Blisland (2 miles) has lovely circular walks and trails leading to Bodmin Moor, perfect for exhilarating doggy hikes. Take a stroll around the picturesque fishing village of Port Isaac (9.5 miles), home to TV favourite Doc Martin, and visit the Georgian gem of historic Pencarrow (5 miles) and its magnificent garden.
