This rural hideaway for two is a cosy, all-in-one space that you’re welcome to share with a small canine bestie. You’ll all have a ball exploring the estate’s 75 acres of woodland and fields, or covering your toes (and paws) in sand on the dog-friendly beach at nearby Llanbedrog.
This romantic studio has been planned to perfection, offering a bijoux hideaway in the heart of the countryside with lovely rural views. In one open-plan room, you have everything you need: a cosy lounge area with wing-back armchairs set around a wood burner and a TV, a dining area with views across the shared courtyard, a well-equipped country-style kitchen and a sleeping area with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables. There’s a separate shower room, and outside lies a small patio area with dining furniture and a BBQ – the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening meal, with Fido sitting at your feet. You’re welcome to wander the rest of the Wern Fawr Manor Farm estate, strolling through the woods, watching the animals in the fields or simply relaxing in the well-maintained gardens.
The mile-long National Trust beach at Llanbedrog is less than a 2-mile stroll along a rural footpath – and Fido is welcome all year on the sands (in the summer just keep him on a lead until past the beach huts). Whether you want to head to bustling Abersoch, 4.5 miles, surfers’ paradise Hell’s Mouth, 6 miles, or the fabulous Ty Coch Inn near Morfa Nefyn, 8 miles, there’s plenty to explore in this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
