Set on a working farm, your abode is comfortable and inviting with lots of character including timber beams in the eaves of the house and exposed stone in the dining room. Light the wood burner and dine in the glow, letting sleeping dogs lie with a belly full of treats and paws weary from exploring. Four welcoming bedrooms, two lounge areas and a snug provide somewhere to recharge your batteries, and the large garden is safely enclosed for Fido to play. There is ample off-road parking as well as storage for bikes too.
Load up your car with a picnic and set off with your pupper to explore, navigating the cobbled streets of beautiful Tenby with its array of beaches, pretty harbour and rows of pastel properties. Four-pawed visitors will receive a warm welcome in many of the pubs, and the coast path is a sheer delight simply to appreciate the views. Take a boat trip to Caldey Island, go on a sea safari or try your hand at crabbing, and the golden sands of Tenby’s South Beach will thrill any sea dog. Pembroke (5 miles) is a must for history seekers, but nearby Carew (0.5 miles) has historic remains to investigate.
