Once inside the property, you’ll find the spacious living room featuring a large, luxurious corner sofa and an additional two-seater sofa ensuring space for all the family to get comfortable to watch a film on the Smart TV. The kitchen is stylish and contemporary, with grey cabinets and a large fridge/freezer to store suppliers for a week away, and space to prepare an extravagant feast. When dinner is ready, the dining room is a great space to socialise, with seating for eight and windows all around to allow light to pour in. From the dining area there are French doors leading out to the enclosed patio where you can dine alfresco in the summer months, or take a dip in the hot tub to end the day. Back inside, there are two double rooms, tastefully decorated with a minimalist feel, one of which boasts an en-suite shower room. There is also a twin room which is great for younger guests. Completing the property is a shower room to refresh at the beginning or end of the day.
In the village of Balloch there is plenty to see and do, from an eclectic mix of dog-friendly dining options to the Balloch Country Park where you can wander through the woodlands, parklands and gardens taking in the awe-inspiring views over the loch and beyond. Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park (2 miles) is a must-visit location whilst staying nearby. From here, you can take on walking trails of varying difficulty, or head out on the lake to try your hand at stand-up paddleboarding, kayaking, wakeboarding and water-skiing.
