Take in the glorious views out over the sea and towards the downs with your faithful friend by your side when you stay at this impressive Swanage holiday home. Sleeping four guests, the two-bedroom, reverse-level retreat has been designed to make the most of its splendid setting and is also a great holiday hideaway for anyone wishing to take a canine companion with them to Dorset.
Call your happy hound to follow you up the steps to the first floor to enter the property. Make your way into the kitchen/diner, which has a TV, to top up your canine chum’s water bowl and make a cup of tea for everyone else to enjoy. This level is also where all the bedrooms and bathrooms are situated. The bedrooms include a king-size, which looks out towards the sea and has an en-suite shower room, as well as a double bedroom with coastal vistas. There is also a family bathroom here. Let your contented canine lead the way up to the lounge, with its incredible views and great glass sliding doors onto the expansive sun deck. Watch the Smart TV, look through the telescope or simply gaze out at the views. Dine out under the stars on fine evenings with your canine friend at your feet. There is also a small courtyard at the property and parking for three cars.
Take your pal to stretch his legs with a walk on the downs just 200 metres away. Those wishing to wander a little further can follow the South West Coast Path in either direction from here too. Head 500 metres from the property down to Swanage’s Monkey Beach, where there are no dog restrictions, to let your pup paddle in the shallows. Studland Bay, 4 miles away, is a more spectacular dog-friendly beach.
