Bring together friends, family, and canine companions in this charming coastal retreat in Marazion. The property is a great base for exploring West Cornwall, with nearby highlights including St Ives, Penzance, and the Lizard Peninsula (all within 10 miles). In the evenings, enjoy BBQs in the enclosed courtyard or sip a sundowner in the conservatory.
The home-away-from-home is bright and airy and is decorated in a contemporary style. The lounge/diner is a lovely spot in which to relax after a long dog walk, watching the Smart TV or gathering around the table for memorable mealtimes. Just off the lounge/diner is the beautiful conservatory – a quiet place for Rover and Fido to set up camp. The separate kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a self-catering holiday, and has a breakfast bar for sitting with a morning coffee and planning your day. A utility room and shower room complete the ground floor. The first two bedrooms and a family bathroom are on the first floor, with the remaining bedroom set in the eaves on the second floor and enjoying distant sea views. Outside, soak up the sunshine in the courtyard garden - this area is fully enclosed for your canine chums.
The ancient town of Marazion is full of Cornish charm. Grab the dog leads and set off to explore its narrow streets, dotted with historic buildings, charming boutiques, and fascinating galleries (many of which welcome four-pawed visitors). The town has a great range of eateries and boasts magnificent sandy beaches. The main beach has a seasonal restriction during the daytime, so it’s best to head down for early-morning walks and sunset strolls. However, the East Beach welcomes woofers all year. Keen walkers will be in their element, with the dramatic South West Coast Path passing through the town.
